- 12 Thin Wedges Of Seeded Cantaloupe Or Honeydew Melon12
- 12 Thin Slices Margherita® Prosciutto12
- 1 Tbsp. Balsamic Glaze*1 Tbsp.
- Chopped Fresh Sage And Sage Sprigs (Optional)
- *If Not Available, Substitute A Good Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
Arrange folded prosciutto attractively over melon wedges placed on a serving platter. (May be chilled up to 1 hour before serving). Drizzle glaze over all or spoon decoratively around edges of serving platter.
Sprinkle chopped sage over melon and garnish platter with sage sprigs if desired.
