Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
Stretch the dough ball into a large circle on a floured surface.
Layer the ham in a line in the center of the dough ball.
Top the ham with the Fontina and Romano cheeses.
Fold the dough around the filling and pinch together the edges to seal.
Lay the stromboli seam-side down on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Slice 4 small slits in the top with a sharp knife to vent.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden-brown.
Serve hot with pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
