Hearty Margherita® Italian Sandwich
- 1/2 Pound Margherita® Pepperoni, Thinly Sliced1/2 Pound
- 1/2 Pound Margherita® Genoa Salami, Thinly Sliced1/2 Pound
- 1/2 Pound Margherita® Capicola Thinly Sliced1/2 Pound
- 1/2 Cup Radicchio And Fresh Basil Mix, Chopped1/2 Cup
- 4 Tbsp. Garlic Mayonnaise4 Tbsp.
- 3 3" Pepperoncinis, Sliced Thinly3
- 4 Italian 8'' Submarine Rolls4
Garlic Mayonnaise
- 1/3 Cup Crushed Roasted Garlic1/3 Cup
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise1/2 Cup
Instructions
Slice the rolls lengthwise.
Begin sandwich build with basil-radicchio mixture, then pepperoncinis, distributing evenly amongst the four sandwiches.
Layer Margherita® Salami, Pepperoni and Capicola on each sandwich.
Spread garlic mayonnaise on inside top of rolls, add to top of sandwich. May slice in half to serve.
