Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Combine the ricotta cheese and egg in a bowl, and reserve.
In a glass bowl or baking dish, layer ingredients in the following order: hummus, hot ham, onion, tomatoes, ricotta mixture, roasted red peppers, mozzarella, and pepperoni.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the dip is heated through.
Remove from the oven, garnish with the basil, and serve hot with crostini for dipping.
