Ingredients

Large Dates, pitted

1 Cup
Goat Cheese
1 Cup
2 Tbsp
Fresh Tarragon, minced
2 Tbsp

Directions


  1. Preheat the oven to 425ºF.

  2. Combine the tarragon and goat cheese, and stuff into the dates.

  3. Wrap each date with 2 pieces of salami and secure with a toothpick.

  4. Bake on a lined baking sheet until heated through and the salami is beginning to crisp, about 15 minutes.

  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
