Directions
Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
Combine the tarragon and goat cheese, and stuff into the dates.
Wrap each date with 2 pieces of salami and secure with a toothpick.
Bake on a lined baking sheet until heated through and the salami is beginning to crisp, about 15 minutes.
Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
