Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water until cool. Reserve.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the half and half, eggs, mustard powder, and half each of the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
Fold the macaroni, Velveeta, and pepperoni into the half and half mixture.
Transfer to a lightly greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar and Monterey jack cheese.
Bake for around 20 minutes or until just beginning to brown and the mac and cheese is bubbly.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes and serve hot.
