Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
Line 4 muffin tins with the salami, starting with one slice on the bottom, then spiraling around the tin.
Press 4 tater tots into the bottom of each cup and crack one egg into each.
Bake the cups for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until the whites have set but the yolks are still soft.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Garnish with the parsley and Romano cheese, and serve warm.
