Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water, reserving 2 cups of pasta water.
While the pasta is cooking, place prosciutto slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 7-10 minutes or until crispy. Remove from the oven and reserve.
Heat a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
Add the extra virgin olive oil, shallots, and garlic. Sauté until beginning to soften.
Deglaze the pan with the wine. Add the clam broth and bring to a simmer.
Put in the pasta and clams and bring to a boil. Add some pasta water, if needed, to make the sauce.
Add the clams, oregano, red pepper, lemon juice, and butter. Toss to combine.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with the parsley, basil, crispy prosciutto, and parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
