Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
Combine the butter, garlic powder, dried oregano, and crushed red pepper in a small bowl.
To assemble: Place 5 slices of pepperoni on the bottom of each roll. Top with 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce, some of the mozzarella cheese, and the top of the roll.
Brush the tops of the rolls with the garlic butter and sprinkle on some Romano cheese.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and melty. Serve hot.
