Directions


  1. Combine the eggs, onion, celery, relish, chives, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard in a mixing bowl.

  2. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  3. In a new bowl, combine the tomatoes, shallot, tarragon, red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and sugar.

  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  5. Fold together the apple butter and mustard, reserving until ready to serve.

  6. Arrange the meats, cheeses, fruits, mustard, egg salad, tomato relish, and salted butter on a board.

  7. Serve with the crostini on the side.
